Exploring Mayem With Ratchet

This morning Ratchet and I went exploring the Mayem area, came across a lovely bund flanking a creek and rode along it.

The nice thing about the Duke is that I can go wherever I want with it without thinking too much. I could ride this creek on the Tiger as well. But every now and then I would be kicking out the side stand and walking up ahead the trail to evaluate my chances of getting stuck. Spoils the fun of the ride.

There are times when you just can’t turn a 200+ kg motorcycle around and there is no way forward. And since I do these things alone, there isn’t anyone around to help me.

The Duke is much more manageable for things I really shouldn’t be doing at this age. 🙂
