The Uttarakhand Adventure – My Second Travel Book

Back in 2015 I had published my first travel book “Riding the Blue Ridge Parkway” on Amazon using their Kindle self-publishing platform. Today I published my send travel book titled “The Uttarakhand Adventure“. The picture book is written in blog format with many pictures. Instead of spending time write a thousand words describing something I prefer to just show the reader a picture.

Book description: “Three friends from Goa decide to explore the Himalayan mountains of Uttarakhand on their motorcycles as the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic starts to gain momentum in India. This picture book is an account of their experiences as they traverse Uttarakhand from west to east exploring the Chanshal pass, Yamunotri, Gangotri, Badrinath and the last Indian villages of Mana and Niti near the Line of Actual Control (LAC), the border with China.”
