Keep It Twisted

People often ask me why I ride out of state to Sawantwadi to have a bhurji and tea. Well, the road side food is really nice there. But the real reason is the Sawantwadi bypass where I get to keep Blackbird’s throttle twisted for a long time. I can’t do this anywhere in Goa.

Blackbird has 1,690 cc engine that produces 132 Nm of torque at 3,250 RPM. In lay man’s terms that amounts to a shit load of power. Let’s just say Blackbird needs to stretch himself every now and then. The side effect of that is I get to enjoy some nice bhurji and tea. 🙂
