This book recounts the experience of three friends who were utterly fed up with being locked down and unable to travel during the COVID-19 pandemic. So much so, they were willing to risk being stuck indefinitely away from home. Armed with a single dose of Covishield they set out to explore the holy Himalayan mountains of Uttarakhand in April 2021.
Driving a truck across India to then spend two weeks riding a motorcycle in the Himalayas in the middle of two deadly waves of a global pandemic has got to be one of the wildest things I’ve done. I guess that’s what happens when you keep people locked in their homes for too long.
