Importing Tracks Into The Relive App

The free version of the Relive app is pretty powerful. It has some limitations but it’s quite usable. One of the nice features of the paid version is the ability to import GPS tracks recorded using other devices. I have the habit of saving the tracks of each day of my long rides as individual GPX files. I imported the track of the Tawang to Y Junction and back day long ride into the Relive app and got this cool video.

At the moment the Relive app doesn’t let you download your video. But there is a workaround. The app gives you the option to share the video on Facebook. When you choose to do so it needs to save the video to the photo library of the phone. From there you can then download the video and save it to you online or offline storage. This is how I uploaded this video to YouTube.
